D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of those Terms, or any Added Phrases, is for just about any cause considered invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a courtroom or arbitrator of proficient jurisdiction, then that provision will probably be deemed severable from these Terms or the Additional Terms, as well as invalidity
